Refund Policy

1. We have a "NO Refund - Exchange Only" policy incase of defects/damage/expiry etc. Of the items sold at our portal. 

2. The customer has to return the goods in its original condition unused with proper bill and labels intact.

3. Exchange of items is valid within seven days of the goods sold subject to availability of the particular item to be exchanged with.

4. Incase the exchange item is short or missing then the customer will be given a credit note with a validity of 7 days from the date of issue.

5. Decision of the management shall remain final in case of any further dispute.
