Shipping Policy

For Self Pickup Orders : 

• Once the order is confirmed, it is immediately marked " In Progress " and is mostly ready to be picked up by the customer under 90 mins or so in non rush hours. 
• During high flow of orders, it may take upto 120 mins to keep your order ready. 
• The customer visits the pickup store, clears up any due balance and takes away the package post inspection. 
• The customer should bring his/her own carry bag 👜 or Jhola while coming for pickup. 

For Deliver To Me Orders : 

• Once the order is confirmed, all orders are marked processing within 24 hours of the order placed. 
• Required order items are then collected, checked for quality, quantity etc. and packed in a hygienic manner before being sent to the dispatch team. 
• The dispatch team assigns the order package to enroute logistics partners for the said pin code. 
• Logistics partner pickups the package for delivery and the shipment is status is marked shipped.
• Tracking airway bill (AWB) no is shared with customer for convenience.
• Once the customer receives the order, it is marked completed or Delivered by the logistics partner.
